The office address and the returns address are different, which is normal and occasionally causes a parcel to go to the wrong one. Returns go to the Lafayette Street address. Post anything else to the office and it will find its way, but email is faster for everything that is not a parcel.

When a Femicore question is not a Femicore question
Some messages that arrive at a supplement desk should not have been sent to a supplement desk, and saying so plainly is more useful than an automated reply three days later.
